Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time in-house expert?
Good question! A senior-level consultant can cost upwards of $150,000 annually, not including benefits—and that’s if you can even find one. Additionally, their expertise may not be utilized all the time, meaning you’re paying for downtime. With our monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription, ensuring you only pay when you need expert insights.
Is there a limit to how many projects I can have?
Once subscribed, add as many consulting projects to your queue as you wish, and we’ll handle them one after the other.
How fast will I receive my request results?
On average, most requests that require a single, specific deliverable (such as a roadmap or strategy outline) are delivered in just a couple of days.
However, depending on the complexity or scope of work (such as a long-term project with multiple deliverables over time), some might take a bit longer.
Who are the consultants?
You may be surprised to discover that Solomain is an agency of one, meaning you’ll work directly with me, the founder of Solomain. However, on occasion I may collaborate with other industry experts in order to provide the best possible service and results.
How does the pause feature work?
Billing cycles are 31 days. If you utilize the service for 21 days and then pause, you’ll have 10 days left to use at your convenience in the future. This flexibility ensures you only pay when you have consulting needs.
What programs do you use for your deliverables?
Most of our deliverables and roadmaps are crafted using a combination of tools like Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Trello, and specialized industry software.
How do I make project requests?
Our platform seamlessly integrates with Trello. You can make requests directly through Trello, as well as share related documents, links, wireframes, videos, or any other resources directly to the platform. As long as you can add a link to Trello, it’s works for us!
What if I don't like the results of a project request?
No worries at all! We’ll work diligently on revising and refining until you’re 100% satisfied.
Is there any consultancy work you don't cover?
Yes. We specialize in digital consulting but don’t cover areas like:

- On-ground field research
This is a non-exhaustive list. We reserve the right to deny any requests that we do not believe we have the adequate skills, abilities, or experience to deliver on.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s absolutely okay! Make your request, and once satisfied, you can pause your subscription until the next time you need our services. No need to worry about wasting time or money.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Considering the high caliber of our consultancy, we don’t offer refunds. However, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction by refining and revising our work as needed.
